Leonid Brezhnev

U.S.S.R. I would rather have been in the
teeth of the former Soviet Republic than
traversing the perilous cliffs surrounding
this place of higher learning. With only Pondcomet
by my side, we started the run. Early on it looked
bleak, we had to make a call to McFlyer for some insight
and then passed six or more fierce looking muggles.
Then at GZ we encountered three more. We made the
decision to outwit and outwait them. It paid off
as Pondcomet made her first unassisted find.

MPI#4

Mission Possible? Thats what Pondcomet
was chanting from her underground lair.
Hoping upon hope that The Chisel and to
a lesser extant Glark would make it back
in one piece. Well we found the little package
between two of the most imposing cinder upon
block edifices.Log and scram muttered The Chisel,
and we did.  |:{>  GB

Siede

Siede (what is it) no one knows. But we do
know that The Chisel and I made short
work of this hidden trove of plastic memories.
Under the railroad arch was all I needed.
Logged and to my surprize, The Chisel
was up for another.

3years/300 caches

Was not sure how todays mission would turn out
Pondcomet was tied up by some loose accounts,
T-Gal was still unaccounted for, McFlyer and his
crew have not made contact with us.
It was The Chisel and me, which made for an
interesting pair. We left all our marbles at the
base and headed out. The Chisel made short work
of this one, "There it is Glark" he mumbled!

Three Billy Goats

Going for one more was never harder.
The Chisel was floundering, being away from 360
was too much for him. Pondcomet had not had a
feeding in hours. I tried to keep them focused,
but it was like swimming in a baby pool! Only my
steely resolve brought me too the find.
Another success   ):{|>    GB

UPP

Realizing that our next find was right where we parked
the transport! Backtracking to our cache, we were aware
of a Muggle transport. Being as cool as cucumbers, we
searched the area. The Chisel showed again "He is good for
Something" and made the find.  \:{(>   GB

Trout Box

We had planeed to make this find the other
day but were foiled by my lack of directions
and ran into a river. We prepared better this time
and went after this one with a determination yet to
be seen from Pondcomet! The Chisel made anther find.
The stone wall  where the cache was must have been
a beautiful estate many years ago...

Kaboom Tree

This was after Paper Mill Stop.
The gang was back on the hunt. It turned out
to be a nice day. Glark Blue took the
treasure on this one. Then Lil'L had some
business to take care of and ended up with a
soaked rear end, thus ending our day.
Our friends gave us a ride back to our transport.

Paper Mill Stop

Today was our first multi-challenge.
The weather was going to have to cooperate
said The Chisel"Because I'm Going"
After we ignored him, we decided to go only
after dropping off some baggage near
Linville Orchards. The trek started in Smedley
Park, famous for its dangerous trails.
What a trip!! On the way out we could not avoid McFlyer
who was heading our way. We greeted him
with a half hearted hug.Lil'L was with him
but they were not forthcoming with what became of
Squaw... Lil'L was very wary of what there was to drink...
On to the next adventure!

Rocky Run

Our first time in this part of the land.
We were going for the geocache.
Pondcomet and The Chisel were with me.
We had to traverse a ravine along with
a rock wall were The Chisel encountered a Raccoon
Zombie! We made the find and awaited our buddies.

Rock Slide

We decided to move onto the
next closest treasure Rock Slide.
Again without the aid of Lil'L who is
re-thinking this whole deal and we needed
her special talents. Allowing for Pondcomets
slow gait we proceded to the position.
The Chisel made the find!

Attack of the Geocoins

Today we used some trickery so as not to
use two modes of transport. The plan was to
"scout out some locations" Then we found
Attack of the Geocoins.I led the team today
because McFlyer was off having "breakfast"
with some other team. The Chisel found the
cache. Another great trek.

Our Goose was Cooked!

Finally! We headed to our last cache.
And McFlyer was none too pleased that
his attempt at deceit was foiled by our
intrepid band of merry makers.Another
find was made by Squaw. Thanks to The Chisel
and Pondcomet for the help.
signing out: Glark Blue

More from Middletown

We went for another of McFlyers famed
caches.Took along Squaw who proved useful
today, she found the prize! Way to go Squaw!
After the find we had to walk back to
basecamp while listening to Lil'L play
trifling music on her Lute.

Middletown Trails

Today we decided to get in as many caches as we could.
Traveling with me was again Pondcomet and The Chisel.
We kinda took the long way to one of McFlyers caches.
Parked at the entrance to Rocky Run and walked behind
the Wawa buildings. Nine deer passed us which was very
cool.Glark Blue was the first to spot McFlyers cache.
We logged the find and then headed to the next.

The Tinicum Marsh

Finally the weather opened up and gave me and
my crew a window of opportunity to get out and
cache. After a light meal Pondcomet and I, Glark
Blue set out for Eastern Delaware County.Being
familiar with the area,we arrived at the entrance
of the marshlands at 1400 hours. With Pondcomet
leading the way, we treked about six miles to
find our prize. ):{>  GB
